Meetings and Events Sales Executive

You will be reporting to the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events, London. You will be responsible for selling and revenue conversion within the reactive Groups, Meetings and Events team for The Doyle Collection portfolio consisting of The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington.

Role responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue and KPI targets set and agreed upon on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
  • Achieve set groups, meetings and events revenue budgets (team goal).
  • To maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care during all interactions with existing and potential customers, clients and booking agents.
  • Be empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for your own workload.
  • To act as an ambassador for hotels and the company in all client, guest and internal interactions.
  • Complete all other duties and requests as assigned by the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events.
