The Fix Collective is a London-based wellness company founded in 2026, built on the belief that people are not problems to be optimized but lives to be fully lived. It takes a philosophy-led approach to wellbeing, integrating movement, mind, recovery, nutrition, soul, and creation into a cohesive experience. The Fix Collective designs environments and practices that help individuals return to themselves, emphasizing feeling alive in everyday life rather than performing wellness. Its first physical space, MICRO by The Fix, is the initial expression of this vision, with more locations, practices, and experiences planned for the future.
Role Description
The Member Concierge is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, acting as a primary point of contact for members and guests at MICRO by The Fix and future spaces. This role includes:

- Greeting members
- Managing check-ins and reception duties
- Handling reservations for services and events
- Providing detailed information about offerings across movement, mind, recovery, nutrition, soul, and creation
- Responding to member inquiries
- Resolving issues with care and discretion
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience

The role also involves maintaining a calm, organized environment, supporting member onboarding, and gathering feedback to help refine services.
Qualifications
- Strong concierge services and reservations skills, including managing bookings, schedules, and member requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent receptionist duties and customer service capabilities, with experience in front-of-house operations and creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse members and colleagues.
- Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, premium membership clubs, or related environments.
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and use basic office and booking software systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends, in line with operational needs.
- Interest in or familiarity with wellness, holistic health, or philosophy-led wellbeing approaches is beneficial.
