The Opportunity:
We are supporting a well-established organisation as it continues to enhance the experience and engagement of its growing membership community.
As part of its focus in member lifecycle management, the organisation is seeking a Member Engagement Executive to help drive onboarding, engagement, and long-term member retention. This is an opportunity to join a business that places genuine value on customer experience and is investing in structured programmes designed to maximise engagement and long-term relationships.
The role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact whilst building valuable customer success, relationship management, and engagement experience.
Role Profile:
Working closely with member organisations, you'll play a key role in helping members maximise the value of their membership from onboarding through to renewal. You'll deliver structured engagement programmes, promote participation, and help ensure members remain active, engaged, and connected. This role combines relationship management, customer success, and engagement activity within a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting new member onboarding and activation
- Delivering structured engagement and adoption programmes
- Promoting events, resources, communities, and engagement opportunities
- Building relationships with key member stakeholders
- Monitoring engagement activity and identifying opportunities to increase participation
- Conducting member review conversations and engagement check-ins
- Supporting retention and renewal initiatives
- Gathering member feedback and sharing insights with the wider team
- Maintaining accurate engagement records and member data
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of member experience programmes

Person Specification:
- Experience within customer success, customer service, membership services, client onboarding, customer engagement, or account support
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and process-driven approach
- Empathetic and proactive mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple relationships simultaneously
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
