Two brands. One team.

ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

MEMBER EXPERIENCE ADVISOR

Navigate the unknown as a Member Experience Advisor.

No two days at the front desk look the same. One moment you're welcoming a nervous first-time visitor, the next you're solving a booking issue before a meeting starts. As our Member Experience Advisor, you're the first person members meet and the one who keeps their day moving in the right direction. You'll manage memberships, answer questions, handle payments, and make sure the reception area, and everyone who passes through it, feels looked after. It's a role built for someone who reads a room, stays composed under pressure, and genuinely cares about getting the small things right.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
