The Role
A broad, delivery-focused role accountable for improving the service and experience we provide to members by identifying, shaping and delivering continuous improvements across internal and external products, tools, data and processes. The role is responsible for ensuring these improvements are clearly defined, effectively implemented and aligned to member needs, operational requirements and wider organisational priorities.

- Ensure these solutions are simple to use, effective in operation, fit for purpose and continuously improved based on user needs, stakeholder feedback and business priorities.
- Lead or participate in internal improvements initiatives and act as the representative for the department on business-wide projects, communicating membership requirements and managing the engagement of membership stakeholders to the highest standards.
- Have a detailed knowledge of our membership tools and products, both internal and external, understanding their use, capability and underlying data sets to support those across the business in their use and in managing our vital membership data.
- Work to improve our member data quality in all areas of expertise and responsibility to ensure it is as accurate and well maintained as possible.

- Lead, manage and deliver internal initiatives and change programmes that improve the member experience, taking ownership of scope, timelines, stakeholder engagement, risks and successful implementation.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to define requirements, develop solutions and deliver improvements that support organisational strategy and enhance services for members and prospective members.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
