About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to help build a membership for founders and CEOs. Working directly with the Head of Member Experience, you will shape a member experience that sets the benchmark for CEO communities while developing your own career within a fast-growing organisation.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Member Experience, the Member Experience Manager is the owner of the end-to-end member journey. This is not a traditional membership management role. It is a proactive relationship management and member success position, responsible for ensuring every member receives increasing value throughout their Business Leader experience. You will own onboarding, programme engagement, team coordination, renewals and community initiatives, translating strategy into exceptional day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end member journey from onboarding through renewal.
- Deliver a personalised, premium member experience that increases engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Manage proactive relationships with members through regular value conversations.
- Coordinate onboarding, coaching, forums, events, and ongoing engagement.
- Translate curation and re-engagement insights into tailored member action plans.
- Monitor Member Health, Forum Health, and engagement, intervening early where required.
- Partner with facilitators and coaches to maximize member outcomes.
- Lead community initiatives including mentoring, special interest groups, introductions, and networking.
- Support the implementation of the Business Leader referral programme.
- Champion member-first communication standards across all member touch points.
- Continuously improve processes and member journeys.
- Represent the Voice of the Member internally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
