About The Atlas Gym

The Atlas Gym is an independent, growing fitness and wellness business based in Goudhurst, Kent. We’ve built Atlas around creating a gym environment that feels welcoming, personal, and community-focused. As the business continues to grow, with new services, wellness facilities, and further projects in development, we’re looking for someone to join the team who can play an important role in both our member experience and our marketing.

The Role

We’re looking for a Member Experience & Marketing Assistant to become one of the key faces of The Atlas Gym. This is a varied role combining day-to-day member experience with hands-on marketing support.

You’ll spend part of your time looking after our members, welcoming prospective members, and helping the gym operate to a high standard, while also working with the team on social media, content, campaigns, and the continued development of the Atlas brand.

This isn’t a traditional reception role. We want someone who is comfortable speaking to people, takes ownership of their work, and wants the opportunity to develop as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience

  • Welcoming members and creating a friendly, professional environment
  • Speaking with prospective members and showing them around the gym
  • Helping new members get started at Atlas
  • Responding to member enquiries
  • Supporting membership sales and follow-ups
  • Preparing drinks, shakes, and coffees from our bar
  • Helping maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the gym

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
