Blue Light Card. Individually great, together unstoppable

The Role and the Team

Member growth sits at the heart of everything Blue Light Card does. Every day, millions of NHS workers, emergency services personnel, social care professionals, teachers and armed forces members rely on us to help them save money. We are growing fast, and this role exists to help us grow smarter.

You will sit within a small, focused growth team that spans paid performance and member organisation management. The role has two connected work streams: nurturing the organisations that help unlock member sign-ups at scale, whilst also supporting direct-to-consumer paid performance channels.

It is a broad, hands-on role that rewards curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who gets the concepts, loves to test and improve, and wants to grow with us.

What You'll Do

  • Support automated outreach to member organisations, helping to keep them engaged from onboarding onwards
  • Segment the member organisation base and test and refine messaging to improve engagement and response rates
  • Support member organisations in promoting BLC's offering to their employees, helping turn organisational partnerships into member sign-ups and activation
  • Support account management with engagement and usage reporting for member organisations, helping demonstrate value and support renewals
  • Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels, with a focus on improving CPA, ROAS and conversion rate
  • Design and run A/B tests and build high-converting campaigns and landing pages to improve sign-up and activation rates
  • Build dashboards and translate campaign, funnel and channel data into clear, actionable insight using tools such as GA4 and Amplitude
  • Collaborate with teams across CRM, Brand, Social, Content, Product and Partnerships to deliver integrated growth campaigns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
