About the role:
As a Member Journey Host, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences, building meaningful relationships and driving member engagement, satisfaction and retention.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships and creating memorable member experiences.
- Proactively engaging with members to understand their needs and help them get the most out of their membership.
- Supporting membership retention, reducing cancellations and identifying opportunities to improve member loyalty.
- Connecting members with personal training, classes, wellness services and club events.
- Following up on member feedback, concerns and at-risk memberships to ensure a positive experience.
