We're looking for a Member Marketing Assistant to join our Member Marketing team, supporting member communications and marketing initiatives across Accor Vacation Club, Club Wyndham South Pacific, and Club Wyndham Asia. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build your marketing career in a fast-paced travel environment, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Member Marketing Assistant, you'll provide operational and administrative support across a variety of marketing activities, helping deliver engaging communications to our members throughout the APAC and Middle East regions.
You'll work closely with marketing, digital, social media, servicing, and member services teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.
How You'll Shine
Campaign & Communication Support
- Assist with the execution of member marketing campaigns, including eDMs, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and resort launch communications.
- Support campaign setup, asset organization, and marketing administration.
- Help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Email Marketing & CRM
- Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns using approved templates.
- Support audience segmentation and campaign tagging processes.
- Assist with campaign proofing and quality assurance activities.
- Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related marketing platforms.
Content & Social Media Support
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling member-facing social content.
- Maintain social media calendars across multiple brands and markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source content and campaign assets.
Reporting & Insights
- Compile monthly reports covering email performance, social engagement, and campaign results.
- Support the preparation of stakeholder reports, presentations, and marketing updates.
- Help maintain accurate reporting templates and data.
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Partner with marketing, resort operations, member services, and digital teams across multiple regions.
- Help ensure a consistent member experience across all communication channels.
- Provide administrative support that keeps campaigns running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, digital, coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working with communications and campaign setup.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is highly regarded).
- Understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience or interest in travel, hospitality, membership, or loyalty programs is advantageous.
