About Us

Coding was first. Recruiting is next — and we're building it.

T hidrovement helps organizations hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate toil and augment humans for teams like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable.

Founded by Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh — who scaled Uber and Palantir — we have raised over $50M from top-tier investors. We are growing 5x year over year, our customers love our product, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

Now is the time to re-engineer how work gets done with AI at the core, and our toughest challenges still lie ahead.

We're hiring people seeking the hardest, most fulfilling work of their lives.

Our DNA: Velocity, Not Motion

Our one value is velocity — real progress. We ship every day, even on Fridays, and skip the tickets, roadmaps, and design-doc theater. We barely write code by hand anymore: instead, every engineer orchestrates a stack of agents, and we ship 8x more than a year ago with the same small team.

  • Process stays light
  • Standards stay high
  • Feedback loops stay short

What You’ll Build

Daily, you’ll focus on:

  • New product experiences across the hiring workflow
  • Systems that turn conversational signal into structured actions and insights
  • AI-assisted features that are clear, well-integrated, useful, and transparent
  • Improvements in quality, speed, and reliability for both user-facing and agent-facing systems
  • Cross-team product problems that connect engineering, design, product, and go-to-market contexts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
