What You’ll Build
Daily, you’ll focus on:
- New product experiences across the hiring workflow
- Systems that turn conversational signal into structured actions and insights
- AI-assisted features that are clear, well-integrated, useful, and transparent
- Improvements in quality, speed, and reliability for both user-facing and agent-facing systems
- Cross-team product problems that connect engineering, design, product, and go-to-market contexts

What You’ll Own
In your first 3–6 months, you should:
- Own and ship meaningful product areas from problem definition through rollout
- Shape how Metaview’s AI products behave in real customer workflows
- Identify and drive improvements that make the product faster, clearer, and more valuable
- Contribute to engineering craft, execution, and product judgment standards

What You Bring
