Job Description
Join a high-calibre team at a well-funded stealth startup building trustworthy enterprise AI systems. You will pair with the AI lead to move agentic architectures from proof-of-concept to production. This founding role requires a full-stack engineer capable of shipping LLMs, eval loops, and backend systems into production environments.

What You Will Do
- Architect and deploy production-grade AI agents, bridging the gap between applied AI research and robust backend engineering.

The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of shipping production AI agents, including hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong full-stack engineering foundations with the ability to own features end-to-end across AI logic and backend infrastructure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a fast-paced, seed-stage environment where you prioritize action and outcomes over process.
