Job Description
As a Member of Technical Staff at Seamflow.com, you will build critical infrastructure for the physical economy. Moving from spec to production, you will own entire product surfaces—from model-driven agents to backend systems. This is a high-ownership role for engineers who thrive on ambiguity and shipping real-world AI solutions to enterprise customers.

What You Will Do
- Design and build full-stack features from spec to production, including AI agents capable of processing complex 400-page technical certification files.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows and translate messy real-world certification processes into elegant software solutions.
- Take full ownership of product surface areas, moving fluidly between infrastructure, frontend, and the model layer to solve the most valuable problems.

- Demonstrable track record of building and maintaining complex systems that have been used by real people in a production environment.
- Exceptional engineering strength across various stacks like Rust, Python, Go, or TypeScript with a focus on speed, judgment, and high standards.
- Thrives in an ambitious, in-person startup culture in Shoreditch where you work without strict specs and possess the drive to "go to the source."
