The Member of the Board of Advisors role at Wilton Property Partners is flexible and virtual (mostly). This role involves being a part of the face of the company. The advisor collaborates closely with senior leadership to refine market positioning, evaluate fundraising and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Based in the UK
- 15+ years' experience in the UK commercial property, real estate finance, corporate advisory, or a closely related sector
- A track record at established UK firms (e.g. leading UK property consultancies, banks, law firms, or professional services), with roles you can reference
- A UK-recognised professional qualification or chartered status. For example MRICS/FRICS (RICS), a solicitor qualified in England & Wales (SRA-regulated) or barrister, or ACA/ACCA/CFA
- Demonstrable experience advising UK businesses or investors on property decisions, transactions, or strategy
- Sound knowledge of the UK property market and the relevant legal/regulatory environment (e.g. landlord and tenant law, UK planning)
- Strong client-facing presence and excellent spoken and written English, able to hold the room with senior UK corporate stakeholders
- High standards of integrity and professional conduct
