Role Description
The Member of the Board of Advisors is a full-time, on-site role based in London, providing strategic guidance to Osci Tech’s leadership team on growth, commercialization, and market positioning. This individual will review business plans, financial models, and technology roadmaps, offering analytical insights to support decision-making. The role includes advising on fundraising strategies, investor relations, and capital allocation to accelerate company milestones. The advisor will also support research-driven market analysis, help refine go-to-market and marketing strategies, and leverage professional networks to connect Osci Tech with potential investors and strategic partners. Regular responsibilities include participating in board and executive meetings, mentoring senior leaders, and ensuring alignment with long-term vision and ESG commitments.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance expertise and experience with financial modeling, investment strategies, and capital allocation.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret complex technical, market, and competitive data.
- Proven Fundraising experience, including investor relations, venture capital engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- Background in Marketing and strategic positioning, especially in deep-tech, semiconductor, or advanced computing sectors.
- Prior advisory, board, or C-level experience in technology or high-growth companies.
- Understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, emerging computing architectures, or hardware startups is strongly beneficial.
- Ability to operate collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and provide clear, constructive guidance.
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
