We're Expanding Our Board of Advisors

Artane Partners is a boutique capital advisory firm that connects companies and fund managers across the world with sovereign funds, family offices, and institutional allocators in the GCC. Our capabilities span equity advisory, debt advisory, and capital markets, covering everything from growth equity placements and structured credit to IPO advisory.

Role Overview

As a member of the Board of Advisors, you'll work directly alongside the firm's leadership to shape strategy, open doors to institutional capital, and accelerate deal origination across our active mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic guidance to the management team on firm direction, deal positioning, and market approach
  • Leveraging your network to support capital raising, investor introductions, and business development
  • Participating in advisory board meetings and contributing to key strategic decisions
  • Assisting in the origination and execution of mandates across equity, debt, and structured transactions
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and helping elevate the firm's profile with institutional allocators
  • Collaborating with senior management and other board members to identify and capture growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience at a bulge bracket investment bank, elite boutique, or leading private equity firm
  • A strong institutional network across asset managers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, or allocators
  • Proven track record in fundraising, capital markets, or M&A advisory
  • Deep understanding of deal structuring and capital raising across multiple asset classes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and business development within financial services
  • Previous experience serving on a board of advisors or in a senior advisory capacity is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing firm
