Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About The Role

We're looking for someone to own the full member experience - from the moment someone applies to join, through onboarding, to how they stay engaged with the community day-to-day. You'll be the person making sure members feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely get value from being part of the network.

This is a hands-on, short-term engagement (4–6 weeks) where you'll need to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

  • Own the member application review and onboarding process, making sure every new member feels properly welcomed and set up for success
  • Run and manage our member WhatsApp groups and community communications, keeping them active, relevant and well-moderated
  • Oversee our monthly member and partner newsletters - working with a copywriter to make sure they're well-crafted, well-timed and genuinely worth reading
  • Lead our Member Committee - organising meetings, capturing feedback, and making sure member voice shapes what we build

What We're Looking For

  • Strong marketing instincts - someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
  • Excellent writing skills, comfortable being the voice of the community across newsletters, WhatsApp and member comms
  • A working knowledge of tech, AI and finance markets is ideal, but not essential - general commercial awareness and curiosity matter more
  • Comfortable owning a process end-to-end: applications, onboarding, community management and reporting back to the team
  • Organised and proactive - able to run committee meetings, chase feedback, and keep communications calendars on track
