We're looking for a customer-focused Member Services Coordinator to join our Accor Vacation Club team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, building relationships, resolving complex enquiries, and helping customers get the most from their membership, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
How You'll Shine
As a Member Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our members throughout their ownership journey. You'll provide expert guidance, resolve enquiries and complaints, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing member enquiries through phone, email, and written correspondence
- Conducting outbound calls to educate and engage members, helping them maximize their vacation ownership benefits
- Taking ownership of member concerns and complaints, delivering positive and timely resolutions
- Assisting members with holiday bookings and membership-related requests
- Facilitating member onboarding and education programs
- Supporting member events, workshops, and engagement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate member records and administrative documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Resort Operations, Finance, and Member Services to deliver seamless member experiences.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering service excellence.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service, member services, contact centre, hospitality, reservations, or a related customer-facing environment
- Proven experience handling customer complaints and difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Experience working to individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate information
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
