Member Services Executive - BRDC
Application Deadline: 23 October 2026
Department: BRDC
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Silverstone
Description
The BRDC is the parent company of Silverstone. As well as owning and operating the globally renowned race circuit and home to F1’s British Grand Prix, via its wholly owned subsidiary Silverstone Circuits Limited, the BRDC is a private members’ club with a strict entry criteria and a broad remit within British motor sport, including helping to foster young driver talent, providing hospitality at Silverstone, and operating a charitable foundation.
Over the years, the BRDC's reinvestment of all profits into the future of British motor sport, has not just helped Silverstone develop into a world-class, year-round, racing and entertainment venue, it has also supported the career development of current F1 drivers including the likes of Sir Lewis Hamilton MBE, Lando Norris, and George Russell.
This is a varied, hands-on role, at the heart of the Club’s Office. You'll play a key part in helping support more senior members of the team, be a helpful point of contact for many of our 850 Members in between events, and be on hand at Silverstone to ensure Members are provided with a first-class experience whilst at the Circuit (including at the F1 British Grand Prix, World Endurance Championship, MotoGP, the BRDC Classic, and the British Touring Car Championship etc). There will also be opportunities to get involved in project work, event logistics, digital marketing, and communications.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants broad exposure to a membership organisation within sport, with the chance to build skills across several disciplines. The Club is due to mark its 100-year anniversary in 2028, with a range of exciting celebrations, and it is envisaged that the Member Services Executive will be at the heart of planning and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
