We are looking for a Members Experience Executive to join the team.
You will have a passion for delivering a premium customer service acting as the face of the brand in our client's premium flexible office space. You will look after members, visitors, and contractors.

Main Responsibilities
As Member Experience Executive you will be one of the first faces of the space and brand. You will thrive in customer interaction and will take immense pride in delighting your members and guests daily. Taking ownership of the experience of our member and visitors interacting with the space. You will have a keen eye for detail, and thoroughly enjoy planning and hosting our member events in the process of delivering an exceptional service. You will liaise with our service partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure the space is providing everything they need.

- Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop relationships with internal and external members to understand and address their needs.
- Leading customer onboarding and offboarding process.
- Responding to customer tickets.
- Acting as the first point of call for resolving members and guest issues and escalating where necessary.
Space
- Conducting tours of the space for office rental and event hire.
- Liaising with the building management team.
AV and Room Setup
- Covering reception when needed, including lunch breaks.
- Floor checks to ensure the space is tidy and ready for use.
Events
- Planning members events and sourcing third party suppliers.
- Manage Myo’s events budget appropriately whilst delivering an enriching events programme.
- Tailoring events with Myo’s ESG strategy in mind.
Admin & Financial
- Supporting with general office admin tasks and the raising of PO’s.
- Maintaining the site documents.
- Training the Member’s Host.
- Hold regular KPI meetings with service partners to ensure service is maintained.
- Supporting Flexible Workplace Manager in budget setting.
- Workplace Management with budget setting.
Other
- Manage and maintain Myo’s compliance platform ensuring all statutory testing is up to date.
- Deputising for Workplace Manager.
- Overseeing small project works.
- Acting as an ESG ambassador for Myo.
- Representing Myo in wider Landsec Quarterly Customer Meetings.
The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant customer experience in, coworking, retail, and/or events.
- Event planning experience.
- Thrives in building relationships with people.
- Natural born problem solver. You love juggling tasks and going to work not knowing what you’ll have to deal with that day.
- Has the can-do attitude, does not have NO in their vocabulary.
- Has great organizational skills.
- Is great at solving problems.
- Shows great attention to detail.
- A comfortable working knowledge of MS Office tools - particularly in Word and Excel.
- Natural self-starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A “work hard, play hard” attitude.
- Experience in facilities management.
