Membership Administrator

Are you well organised, detail orientated and keen to work in a team focused on driving better diversity on the Boards of UK organisations? Then we’d love you to consider working for EPOC CIC as Membership Administrator.

Why EPOC CIC

We exist for one single, powerful purpose: to increase the level of diversity on all Boards of UK. Formed in 2021 by Moni Mannings OBE, EPOC CIC was established to ensure that leadership at the top of all UK institutions reflect the vibrant diversity of the society they serve and in which we all live. The issue is not the availability of experienced and capable people of colour, but the ability for those talented individuals to access Boardroom opportunities. EPOC CIC works with corporate, public sector and major charity Boards, search firms and key decision maker Allies to build better Boards. Our team is dynamic, motivated and hands-on in delivering our mission, and we are excited to expand our team and our capacity for growth.

The Role

As Membership Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding EPOC’s membership. This will include:

  • Engaging with Membership enquiries and onboarding new Members
  • Management of the Membership database to ensure its accuracy
  • Producing and circulating weekly Member-only mailouts
  • Facilitating connections between Members and recruiters
  • Working closely with the rest of the EPOC team to facilitate in-person and online events, and provide a positive and beneficial experience for all EPOC Members

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
