Membership Coordinator – up to £32k + bens (2 days in London, 3 days WFH)
Our client is a leading professional institution, both corporate and individual, with the key purpose of maintaining standards within their industry. As well as a supportive working environment, they offer hybrid working (3 days remote working + 2 days from their London office), 25 days annual leave + BH + birthday leave, pension and staff socials.
About the Role
The Membership Coordinator is a wonderful opportunity to work closely with the Marketing, Professional Standards, and Registration teams. As Membership Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the team as a key point of contact for dealing with all membership enquiries, registering members, and assisting the promotion of the membership through recruitment campaigns. Using your strong communication skills, you will also support the team by processing registration applicants, preparing any documentation as well as ensuring the database is up-to-date. You will also use your initiative to identify improvements for working practices and attend events to promote registration and membership.
In this role, you will utilise your excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams, reporting directly to the Membership & Registration Manager.

What We Need
- Experience within a membership organisation or chartered body
- Good IT skills, use of databases/CRM
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Brilliant organisational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work using your initiative and within a team
- Friendly, proactive, and flexible work approach
