Membership & Customer Service Manager - Brilliant Leisure Centre
Up to £35k + commission
North West London.
Our client is a well-regarded leisure and fitness facility with a strong presence in the local community. They're looking for a customer-focused Manager to look after all things membership and be the true face of the centre, driving membership sales while making sure every member and visitor has a genuinely brilliant experience.
This is a role for someone who lights up a room and means it. You'll lead a small team, manage the full sales journey from first enquiry through to renewal, and work hand in hand with the site's General Manager to grow membership revenue and elevate the overall member experience. If you thrive on being visible, building relationships, and turning a warm welcome into a loyal member, this is the sort of role that plays to your strengths every single day.
On offer is up to £35k plus commission, a genuinely supportive team environment, and real scope to make the front of house experience your own.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
