Director of Membership

London

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a pioneering new wellness and lifestyle concept launching in London.

Designed to sit at the intersection of ultra-luxury hospitality, private membership and contemporary wellbeing, this new destination will offer a highly considered environment where wellness, social connection, fitness, recovery, dining and culture come together under one roof.

This is not a traditional health club or conventional members’ club. The ambition is to create a sophisticated and highly engaging membership experience, where exceptional service and genuine community sit at the heart of the proposition.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Membership to play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life, developing the membership strategy and establishing a strong, engaged community from launch.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Director of Membership will take ownership of the full membership journey, from acquisition and onboarding through to engagement, retention and long-term advocacy.

You will be responsible for developing a membership strategy that reflects the positioning of the brand, identifying and attracting the right audience and building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing members.

This will be a highly visible role, requiring someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy, building a network and being present within the club itself.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
