The Role

As Membership Engagement & Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Membership Engagement and Services Team, helping to deliver a high-quality experience for our members. You will play a key role in coordinating member meetings, events and roundtables, ensuring activities are well organised, professionally delivered and effectively followed up.

Working closely with colleagues and members, you will schedule meetings, prepare agendas and supporting materials, take accurate minutes, track actions and help manage member enquiries. You will also support engagement activities through desk research, maintaining member records and insights, managing filing systems and repositories, and administering internal finance processes. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of operational and member-focused initiatives across the team.

What we're looking for

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and purpose-driven team that plays an important role in building and strengthening relationships with members across the legal sector. You will gain exposure to member engagement, events, stakeholder management and project coordination, while developing a broad range of administrative and organisational skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
