X4 Engineering are working with a global professional standards body looking for a Membership Engagement Manager to join the team as soon as possible.
This is an opportunity to join a pioneering human rights-oriented non-profit seeking to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency within global trade & supply chains.
This role will be fully remote and the successful candidate can be based anywhere in Europe or the UK. There will be international travel to company & industry events 3-4 times per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Member Firms globally
- Manage the end-to-end Member Firm application process: from initial inquiry through review, decision tracking and onboarding, and track progression through membership levels
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases, and monitor pipeline activity, response times and operational metrics to spot process bottlenecks.
- Support continuous improvement of membership workflows, guidance materials and engagement plans, helping keep the process transparent and consistent.
- Bring practical understanding of the audit, certification, assurance or standards-based environment to help better understand Member Firm operational realities and needs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £50,000-£70,000
- PTO, sick days, health insurance all in line with standard allowance in the candidate's country of residence (plus 2-10 additional days' PTO, negotiable)
- Generous monthly allowance for gym membership, home office equipment, meals, etc

Education & Skills Required
- 3+ years' experience stakeholder engagement experience within global trade / supply chains / human rights
- Experience engaging member firms, B2B client relationship management experience required
