What’s the role?

Membership Events Manager

About the Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting to the Head of Membership, you will:

  • Curate, plan and deliver a dynamic year-round programme of member events, managing 30+ events per month and maintaining a rolling two-month planning schedule aligned with membership strategy, community pillars and engagement objectives.
  • Own the full event lifecycle, from concept and budgeting through to delivery, reporting and post-event evaluation, ensuring every event exceeds member expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with members, partners and suppliers, using feedback and data insights to continuously evolve the events programme and maximise engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Membership, Partnerships, Food & Beverage, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless and memorable experiences.
  • Manage event budgets effectively, monitor performance metrics and support the development of the Membership Events Executive.
  • Attend and oversee events as required, including occasional evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional member experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
