Membership Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
£33,500 - £35,000 | Hybrid Working | London
Are you an experienced Membership Executive, Customer Success professional, Account Manager or Membership Services professional looking for an exciting fixed-term opportunity with a leading membership organisation? We are supporting a highly respected membership body in the search for a Membership Executive to join their collaborative Membership team on a fixed-term contract until the end of February.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional member experiences and working closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Opportunity
As a Membership Executive, you will act as a key point of contact for members, helping them maximise the value of their membership through proactive engagement, relationship management and outstanding customer service. You will work closely with members throughout their journey, supporting onboarding, renewals, engagement initiatives and retention activity while building strong relationships across a diverse business community. The role combines account management, stakeholder engagement, membership services and customer success responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with member organisations
- Acting as a first point of contact for member enquiries via phone and email
- Managing member engagement activities, check-ins and review conversations
- Supporting member onboarding and ensuring a positive membership experience
- Driving participation across events, forums, committees and networks
- Supporting membership renewals and retention initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to increase member engagement and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM and membership database
- Gathering member feedback and sharing insights with internal teams
- Supporting membership communications, campaigns and outreach activities
- Working collaboratively with marketing, events, digital and commercial teams to deliver a joined-up member experience.
