Role Purpose
We are looking for a data-driven and analytically minded graduate to join our Memberships team as a Membership Executive. This is an entry-level role designed for someone with a background in business, analytics or a related discipline who is passionate about using data to drive commercial performance.
Reporting into the Senior Membership Executive, you will play a central role in tracking, analysing and reporting on membership sales, campaign performance, benefit engagement and platform conversion. Your work will directly inform the strategic decisions of the Memberships team and contribute to the Club’s goal of growing its membership base.
This role offers excellent exposure across all areas of the membership business — from marketing and CRM performance to platform analytics and operational reporting — and is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sports business, digital or data.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Support the Senior Membership Executive in tracking and analysing membership sales performance, with the goal of identifying opportunities to increase sales volumes.
- Ensure daily membership sales reporting is accurate, up to date and distributed to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and develop the team’s reporting framework, building on existing tools to improve clarity and usefulness of data outputs across the business.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of a team dashboard, enabling the Memberships team to track their objectives and KPIs in real time throughout the season.
Campaign Performance & Marketing Analytics
- Work closely with the Membership Marketing Executive to support campaign performance reporting across all channels, including email, paid media and web.
- Track and analyse key campaign metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, click-through rates and cost-per-acquisition, providing regular performance summaries to the team.
- Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities within campaign data, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Support post-campaign analysis to inform future planning and improve targeting efficiency across acquisition and retention campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
