You'll help ensure every interaction is meaningful, improve member engagement and contribute to a welcoming, connected community at Bright Futures 4 All.

Experience required:
- Experience in customer success, membership services, client relationship management, community engagement or administration.

As our Membership & Existing Client Stewardship Volunteer, you will

- Build and maintain positive relationships with our members, families and existing supporters.
- Help create meaningful touchpoints that keep members engaged with the charity.
- Support the development of member communications, updates and engagement activities.
- Gather feedback to help improve the member experience.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships and increase retention.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and communications.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure members feel informed, valued and supported.
- Suggest new ideas to enhance engagement and build a strong sense of community.
