V&C Associates are proud to be working with this unique organisation.

Our client, one of the UK's most reputable and known heritage brand that has held royal warrants for the past century, has a newly created position within their Events team. This time-honoured business has a loyal customer base and a growing membership proposition at the heart of its strategy.

Known for their in-house events and FMCG line has a newly created role for Membership Lead within the Membership Department with real ownership reporting to Head of Events and Experiences. You'll shape and deliver the annual membership programme — a distinctive calendar of events, experiences and cultural partnerships that drives engagement, acquisition and retention, and brings the brand's heritage and expertise to life.

The Role

  • Own the annual membership events and cultural calendar, from concept through to delivery
  • Curate a differentiated programme aligned to customer tiers, commercial objectives and a premium brand positioning
  • Create compelling themes and narratives spanning food and drink, dining, travel, culture and luxury lifestyle
  • Develop residencies, guest collaborations and co-created programmes that deliver genuine customer value
  • Design the full customer journey — every touchpoint before, during and after each experience
  • Build and activate strategic partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, chefs, producers and venues, working alongside the Partnerships Manager
  • Leverage the client's unique producer and supplier network to unlock exclusive access and experiences
  • Collaborate across Membership, Private Clients, Buying, Marketing and Hospitality teams
  • Set clear objectives, budgets and success measures; use attendance, engagement and commercial data to evolve the programme
  • Host customers at key events and stay ahead of trends across luxury hospitality, food and drink, travel and culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
