Role Overview

The Membership Growth & Engagement Manager plays a key role in growing and engaging Little Emperors' membership base across both our direct (B2C) membership and our B2B2C programme. You'll own membership insight and reporting, giving the business a clear, accurate picture of who our members are, how they engage and where the opportunities lie. You'll drive the growth of our direct membership and lead the development of our B2B2C programme, making sure both reflect the value and exclusivity of the Little Emperors proposition. Managing the Membership Executive and working closely with the Head of Memberships, the Marketing team and the wider business, you'll help us grow a loyal, engaged and valuable member community.

Please note this role is office based 4 days a week and one day working from home

Key Responsibilities

Membership Insight & Reporting

  • Build and maintain a clear, accurate picture of the membership base, analysing member cohorts, behaviour and value across direct and B2B2C membership.
  • Own membership reporting and KPIs, sharing regular insight on trends, issues and opportunities with the Head of Memberships and the wider business.
  • Make sure membership data is accurate, consistent and clearly defined, working with the relevant teams to close any gaps.
  • Share insight with the wider Marketing team to inform retention, engagement and acquisition activity.

Direct Membership Growth & Engagement

  • Identify opportunities to attract, convert and onboard new members.
  • Understand what drives members to join, book and stay, and identify opportunities to improve engagement across the member journey.
  • Support retention and re-engagement initiatives through insight and delivery.
  • Gather and act on member feedback, making sure it shapes how we improve the member experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
