About the BPMA

The British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) is the trade association serving the UK’s promotional merchandise industry. Representing distributors, suppliers and service providers across the sector, the BPMA supports members through professional standards, education, sustainability initiatives, networking, market insight and industry events.

As the industry continues to evolve, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to become the public-facing ambassador of the Association, helping us grow our membership, strengthen member engagement and increase our presence across the UK.

The BPMA is a NeuroKind Accredited employer, meaning that we work to ensure our workplace environment is inclusive for neurodivergent individuals. Find out more here.

The Opportunity

This is not a desk-based membership administration role. We are looking for a commercially-minded relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, attending events, opening doors and developing long-term professional relationships. You will become one of the most visible representatives of the BPMA, attending industry exhibitions, networking events, conferences and regional meetings throughout the year while proactively identifying and converting new membership opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
