V&C Associates are proud to be working with a unique organisation that represents the ‘Best of British Luxury’ working with 250 luxury brands and cultural institutions across fashion, beauty, hospitality, jewellery, design, automotive and retail. The organisation is searching for a Membership/Partnership Manager to develop and retain member brands, engaging and developing a calendar of events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Strategy and Growth

  • Deliver the annual membership targets for recruitment, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify, research, and approach prospective member brands.
  • Maintain a forward pipeline of prospects and lapsed members, tracking conversion and churn.
  • Act as primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of member brands, from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Conduct regular check-ins (in person, video, and phone) to understand members’ priorities across brand building, export, sustainability, skills, and advocacy, and connect them with relevant business programs.
  • Manage complex or high-value member relationships in partnership with senior colleagues where appropriate.
  • Plan and execute structured engagement journeys across the year, ensuring members are aware of and actively using benefits (events, trade missions, reports, working groups, campaigns, and communications opportunities).
  • Monitor engagement levels and intervene early where risk of non-renewal is identified.
  • Attend key events as membership lead, hosting members and capturing follow-up actions.
  • Own accurate membership records, contacts, and engagement history within the CRM.
  • Oversee membership invoicing and renewals in collaboration with finance, tracking payment status and resolving issues promptly.
  • Produce regular reports on membership numbers, pipeline, churn, revenue, engagement, and sector mix to inform board and senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
