Member Relations Manager

Leading Financial Services Membership Organisation

£65,000–£70,000 | Permanent

Hybrid Working | London | Immediate Start

Financial services membership experience is essential.

Are you an experienced membership professional with an in-depth understanding of the financial services sector? Do you have the credibility to build trusted relationships with senior industry leaders and deliver an exceptional member experience?

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading membership organisation representing the financial services sector. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced relationship manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic member organisations, helping to strengthen engagement, drive retention and ensure members maximise the value of their membership.

The Role

Reporting into the Director of Member Relations, you'll play a key role in developing long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of strategically important member organisations.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Championing the member voice by gathering insight and influencing organisational priorities.
  • Identifying opportunities to broaden engagement across the organisation's products, services and activities.
  • Leading initiatives that enhance member satisfaction, retention and growth.
  • Preparing high-quality briefings for senior leadership.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across policy, commercial and operational teams.
  • Representing the organisation at member meetings, events and industry forums.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
