Fixed-term maternity cover, expected to last up to 12 months

The Association of Illustrators is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Membership Manager to lead our Membership team and deliver an excellent service to our community of more than 2,000 illustrators.

This varied role combines team leadership, strategic planning and hands-on delivery. You will lead our work to grow and retain membership, oversee our events and professional development programme, support the team with member enquiries and help make AOI membership increasingly inclusive, accessible and relevant.

We are looking for someone with experience leading a membership, community or engagement-based service, managing a small team and improving participation, retention or engagement. Experience working with creative professionals or within the arts, cultural or creative industries is essential.
