The Consortium operates as a lean, founder-led organization built around a growing base of Principal Partners and Strategic Advisors who represent WSC's interests and open doors within their respective markets and sectors.
As WSC scales its presence across the UK and Europe, it is formalizing a structured membership and partnership model, bringing discipline, accountability, and measurable value to a network that has so far grown organically through direct outreach and relationship-building.

Role Overview
WSC is building out its formal membership and partner network across the UK and wider Europe. The Membership Manager will own the full lifecycle of WSC's members, from onboarding through engagement, renewal, and value delivery, ensuring the network translates into active trade and advisory outcomes rather than a static directory.
Beyond structure, you will own the relationships day to day: onboarding new Principal Partners and Strategic Advisors, keeping existing members engaged and informed, and making sure the network functions as a working asset rather than a list of names collected through LinkedIn outreach.
You'll work directly with WSC's Founder & CEO and Managing Director to align membership strategy with WSC's broader partnership and advisory commitments, and you'll be expected to bring outside experience, from chambers of commerce, trade associations, or business councils, to avoid reinventing something that already has established best practice elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and engagement for Principal Partners, Strategic Advisors, and institutional members
- Design and maintain membership tiers, benefits, and renewal processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for member queries and relationship management
- Coordinate with the CEO's office on member facing communications and events
- Track member engagement metrics and report on network health
- Support recruitment of new members across the UK and wider Europe
Requirements
- Based in or near London with the right to work in the UK
- 1+ years in membership management, community management, or partnerships (trade associations, chambers of commerce, or business councils preferred)
- Experience working with senior stakeholders: diplomats, executives, or government officials
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led organisation
