My Aerial Home is looking for a talented administrator to work in this unique arts organisation. This is an in-person office environment and you will be an integral part of a small management team. You will need to share our values and understand this is not a 10 - 6pm working environment.
This is a full-time role based at My Aerial Home in Lower Sydenham.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have experience scheduling classes, rotas, and events.
- Candidates should be capable of leading a small team of studio assistants and communicating with our clients.
- Relevant experience in membership-based organizations, fitness, performing arts, or community-focused environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy studio setting are important.
- Comfort with basic administrative software, booking systems, and email communication is preferred.
- Candidates will need to know or learn the BSport booking system.
- Candidates will ideally understand aerial dance or have experience in dance training environments with an interest in education and production.
