Company Description

Business Leader is the UK’s Growth Programme for founders and CEOs of mid-sized businesses, helping leaders scale companies with £3m–£100m+ turnover. The programme is built around a proven 9-Step Framework developed by Richard Harpin, who grew his first venture from £50k to £4.1bn, giving members a practical roadmap to scale with confidence. Participants join curated peer groups of leaders at a similar stage of growth, working through real challenges and applying practical insights to strategy, hiring, funding, and leadership. Members learn directly from billion-pound CEOs and ambassadors, gaining access to premium content, CEO forums, and high-impact events such as Growth 500. Business Leader provides ambitious CEOs with structure, support, and accountability to accelerate sustainable growth.

Role Description

The Membership Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of Business Leader’s members. This role oversees the membership lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewals, ensuring members gain maximum value from the Growth Programme and associated services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
