About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected membership organisation at a pivotal time in its digital transformation. Based remotely with two collaborative office days each week in Central London, you’ll play a key role in strengthening member engagement, delivering high-profile events and building lasting relationships with members and commercial partners. Offering a salary of £42,000–£45,000, this permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, projects and events within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with members, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of conferences, webinars and member events.
  • Create engaging membership communications, campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Drive member recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
  • Support and coordinate the Membership & Events Administrator across day-to-day activities.
  • Help improve digital systems, member resources and the overall customer journey.

Key Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering events, member services or customer engagement programmes.
  • Strong communication, organisation and project management abilities.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
