Membership Manager | Luxury Travel
We're delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded luxury travel business as they look to appoint a Membership Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a brand that has built its reputation on delivering exceptional service to a discerning international membership. Every interaction is personal, every journey is thoughtfully curated, and the member experience sits at the heart of everything they do.
As Membership Manager, you'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with members, understanding their individual travel preferences and ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.

The role
- Manage a portfolio of high-value members, acting as their primary relationship contact.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised service across every touchpoint.
- Understand members' travel preferences, lifestyle and priorities to create a truly tailored experience.
- Build long-term engagement, loyalty and retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, private members' clubs, lifestyle or another premium service environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- A naturally proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
