Grade GL, Salary £29,983.24 per annum
Location: London based with a requirement to attend office in Euston a minimum of twice per week

The Membership Programmes Coordinator will support the successful delivery of a portfolio of flagship membership programmes and other strategic member engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Membership Programme Officers and the Membership Programme Manager, the postholder will provide coordination, administration, communication, and stakeholder support to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, on time, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong programme/project administration and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, proficiency with programme/project management methodologies and tools, and excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills. The role will involve maintaining programme plans, coordinating activities, supporting member engagement, and ensuring excellent operational delivery across the team's programme portfolio.
