Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You are the pulse of our hub, the person everyone knows, and the ultimate connector for our members. Your main focus is to build an active, buzzing community where people genuinely feel like they belong, whether they are hanging out in person or chatting on our app.

You will spend your days right where the action is, hanging out on the floor, listening to feedback, and bringing people together based on shared passions. Together with your team of Membership Hosts, you will turn our space into a home and keep our members excited to stay with us. This is not a predictable desk job or a standard Monday to Friday gig, so you will flex your schedule to be there when our community needs you most.

If you love people, thrive on good energy, and want to help shape the future of hybrid hospitality, we want to meet you.

In Case You Don't Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly - be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
