We’re Hiring: Sales Associate

Part-Time & Full-Time

Orangetheory Fitness Bolton

Do you love fitness, working with people, and helping others achieve their goals?

Orangetheory Fitness Bolton is looking for motivated, outgoing, and personable Sales Associates to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces our members and guests see when they walk through the door. You’ll help create a welcoming studio experience while introducing prospective members to Orangetheory and helping them find the right membership for their goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome members and guests and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Create a friendly, positive, and welcoming studio environment
  • Connect with prospective members and generate new leads
  • Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule and conduct studio tours and introductory appointments
  • Explain Orangetheory memberships, promotions, and programs
  • Convert prospects into new members
  • Build strong relationships with existing members
  • Assist members with questions, membership changes, upgrades, and other needs
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
  • Support studio events, promotions, challenges, and community initiatives
  • Work with the team to achieve and exceed studio sales goals
