Membership Sales Manager

Location: Manchester (hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: up to £45,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Membership Sales Manager to join a successful and growing organisation. You will be responsible for driving membership growth, increasing revenue and delivering an excellent customer journey from initial enquiry through to conversion and ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver membership sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop strategies to increase membership acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and customer trends.
  • Identify new business and growth opportunities.
  • Improve the enquiry-to-membership conversion journey.
  • Work closely with marketing and operational teams to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.

About You

We are looking for a target-driven and commercially minded sales professional with experience in membership, subscription, leisure, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused environment. You will have:
