About Fairways London

Fairways London is a premium golf studio at 51–53 Coleman Street, a few minutes from Bank and Moorgate. We have six TrackMan IO bays, PGA coaching and custom fitting, and we're built for golfers who want to get better. We opened in April 2026, and we're looking for one person to own our sales and help us grow.

The role

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You'll be responsible for every part of membership sales, from individual golfers to corporate accounts, and for getting the Fairways name in front of as many people in the City as possible. You'll set your own hours and work the way that gets results, with the full support of our coaches and the venue.

What you'll do

  • Turn venue visitors and Full Game Audit guests into members
  • Win corporate memberships from the firms and office buildings around Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street
  • Build partnerships with building managers, concierges, gyms and local businesses
  • Get our name out through pop-ups, lobby events, lunchtime activity and our stand at The Business Show at ExCeL on 11–12 November
  • Follow up every lead and keep our CRM up to date
  • Share your numbers with the founder each week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we're looking for

  • A proven record selling memberships at a premium gym, golf club, members' club, boutique studio or similar. Pre-sale or launch experience is a big plus
  • Numbers you can show us: your best month, your conversion rate, your average deal
  • Confidence approaching people face to face, from the street to the boardroom
  • A network in the City, or a clear record of building one
  • A love of golf or sport
  • Self-motivated, organised and happy working independently

What you'll earn

Commission only and uncapped. You'll earn an upfront payment on every individual member and corporate deal you bring in, plus an ongoing share of every payment those members and companies make in their first year. Hitting an agreed monthly target earns a bonus on top. As an example, a strong month of 20 new members and two corporate deals would earn around £2,500, with your ongoing share building every month after that.
