Senior Membership Sales Consultant
JAB Boxing Club is looking for an experienced, driven Senior Membership Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This is a key role responsible for converting phone leads into paying members, managing the full sales pipeline through HubSpot, and building corporate partnerships to drive membership growth.
You'll be a confident communicator, a natural closer, and someone who takes ownership of their numbers ideal for someone who wants to grow into a senior sales or leadership position within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales
- Manage and convert inbound and outbound phone leads through our sales suite, following up promptly and consistently to maximise conversion rates
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand prospect needs and match them to the right membership package
- Close sales confidently, handling objections professionally and effectively
- Book and conduct in-club tours/consultations where required, converting walk-ins and referrals into memberships
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, calls, and opportunities in HubSpot
- Manage your pipeline proactively, ensuring no lead goes unworked and follow-ups are timely
- Use HubSpot reporting to track personal performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure clean data entry and consistent use of tagging/stages for accurate pipeline visibility

Corporate Sales
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with local corporates to establish corporate membership partnerships
- Present tailored corporate membership packages and negotiate agreements
- Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Represent JAB Boxing Club professionally in external meetings and networking opportunities
Team & Leadership
- Act as a senior figure within the sales team, supporting and mentoring junior consultants
- Share best practice on call technique, objection handling, and closing strategies
- Support the Sales Manager with training, onboarding, and day-to-day team support as required
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record in a target-driven sales role (membership sales, fitness industry, or phone-based sales preferred)
- Confident, articulate phone manner with strong closing skills
- Experience using a CRM system daily (HubSpot experience highly desirable)
- Comfortable prospecting and building relationships with corporate clients
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy pipeline independently
- Resilient and comfortable with a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Desirable
- Experience in the fitness, boxing, or health & wellness industry
- Previous experience in a senior consultant, team lead, or mentoring capacity
- Existing local corporate network or B2B sales experience
