Company Description

Abroadlly is a private luxury lifestyle management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and select companies around the world. The firm manages every dimension of members’ lifestyles across land, sea, and air — hotels, villas, ground logistics, private aviation, yacht lifestyle management, event production, and unique access experiences. Membership is by invitation only, starting at USD 10,000 per year, with 24/7 support across all service lines. With offices in New York and Tel Aviv and reach into every major global city, Abroadlly operates as a private office for its members’ lifestyles — built on priority, precision, and discretion.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote, commission-driven role for a Membership Development Manager, opening through the Abroadlly Ambassador Program — a performance-based track where top performers earn a permanent salaried position with the company.

The Membership Development Manager will originate and close both private memberships for individuals and corporate memberships for executive teams, drawing on their own network and relationships. Day-to-day work includes identifying and approaching qualified prospects, presenting the Abroadlly membership, managing a pipeline through to close, and continuing to manage the client relationships they create — all backed by Abroadlly’s full concierge operation, materials, and leadership. This is a revenue role for someone who already moves in the right circles: you bring the relationships and open the doors; we deliver a service your contacts will thank you for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications

  • An active, genuine network of wealthy individuals, family offices, or corporate decision-makers — this is the single most important qualification
  • A background around wealth: private banking or wealth management, luxury hospitality or members’ clubs, fine dining groups, high-end real estate, private aviation, yachting, art and auction houses, or residency & citizenship advisory
  • Proven ability to sell high-value services through trust and relationships — consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the polish and absolute discretion our clients expect
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed: you manage your own schedule and are measured on results, not hours
  • Comfort working across time zones with an international client base; prior experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals is a strong advantage
