Memberships Manager - Luxury Travel | Hybrid | London | Salary up to £40,000 to £55,000 DOE
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a private travel business who specialise in luxury hotels, who are recruiting a Memberships Manager to join their team.
The Role
As Memberships Manager, you'll lead the growth, engagement and retention of our client's membership programme, driving new member acquisition, developing strategic partnerships and delivering an outstanding member experience. Working closely with the Marketing team and wider business, you'll help shape the membership proposition while implementing initiatives that increase loyalty, retention and long-term growth.

You Will Have
- Management experience (essential)
- Ideally experience within a memberships model, plus exceptional knowledge of the luxury market (Travel or Hospitality)
- Proven background of delivering successful commercial relationships
- A commercially astute approach
- Excellent communication skills, well organised and self-driven
Additional Information
- Salary range is £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid working (London-based) 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
- Private healthcare after 1 year
- 22 days annual leave, plus your Birthday off
