Menopause Specialist Doctor – Voy Menopause
We are building the future of menopause care. As a global health platform supporting over 1 million members, we are on a mission to prove that access to high-quality, personalised menopause care should be a right, not a privilege.
We are growing one of the UK’s most academically credible and diverse menopause teams. By joining us, you’ll be collaborating with and learning from BMS Advanced Specialists and Trainers, as well as leading experts in neurodivergence, breast cancer, histamine intolerance, sexology, and lifestyle medicine.
Currently, we are looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Specialist Doctor to join our Voy Menopause team on a full-time basis (Part-time, 22.5+ hours, may be considered for exceptional candidates).
The Opportunity
You’ll provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, ensuring patients receive the same level of warmth and continuity as in-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care aligned with NICE, British Menopause Society (BMS), and other clinical guidelines
- Assess patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and prescribe:
- Multiple forms of HRT
- Supplements
- Innovative menopause products (Full training and mentorship provided for clinical confidence)
- Provide holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations
- Support long-term symptom management for menopause and perimenopause
- Work collaboratively in a diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes
- Actively contribute to clinical MDTs, case reviews, and continuous clinical governance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
